Customer research

A website needs to be designed in a way that appeals to your target audience and helps you achieve your business goals and those of your client.
Understanding the target audience and their preferences can really help your design and development decisions.
Get to know your client, show them you are not only invested in their website but you have invested in them personally along with their success.
I found that gathering feedback and using a customer centric approach has allowed my efforts the development process to be authentic and unique to my clients' goals. Keeping an open line of communication helped me understand what the client really wanted out of our work togteher, even if they couldnt find exact words to describe it.
Customer research is just as key as user research
-Getting acquainted with the product you're building.
I like to figure out the "why" behind a user's behavior for a better understanding. Which bring us back to feedback - How users interact with the website, what they did and didn't love about it - All information is helpful.
-Creating something beautiful and user-friendly
I have found that trying to understand how users would organize, their habits, and their preferences eases the development process. tting to know the client and the user has made me become a better developer.
